We require an initial appointment where we get to know your style preferences, design ideas and body proportions. We will discuss cloth options and designs that best meet your use case.

Should you wish to proceed with an order, we will conduct a detailed fitting.

The fitting is aided by our comprehensive range of try-on garments to assess posture and cloth drape across your 3-dimensional body, as opposed to just taking tape measurements. We cater to a wide range of builds, roughly translated from XXS to 4XL, short and tall.

This has to take place in person (at home or in our Sydney showroom) to accurately capture complex postural elements like shoulder slope, arm pitch and front-back balance. These details are important for a precise fit.

From the initial fitting, a unique suit and shirt pattern is drafted specially for you and delivered to our atelier, where the pieces are cut and sewn.

The pieces are typically sent back to our showroom within 4 weeks. You will be invited for a second fitting in which we try on the pieces and make any further adjustments to fine-tune the fit.

Note all adjustments are included within our pricing.

A few days after the second fitting, your suit will be ready for pick up.

In rare occasions, we may require a third fitting to further perfect the fit.

Our detailed process enables us to confidently cover each piece under our extended fit guarantee. This guarantee continues even after the item is taken home and worn/washed, which means you can test if the items really fit you well during wear.

After the initial appointment and fitting, you will have access to the full range.

Firstly, we create your unique suit and dress shirt pattern based on body and posture intricacies, also incorporating your style preferences. Then, using a world-class conversion model, this pattern is converted into the unique blueprints for all casual garments. For example, your suit trouser pattern transformed into relaxed-fit jeans. Not a standard relaxed-fit, but one personalised to your hip, rise and leg proportions.

Existing clients can order our range anywhere, even for those not usually based in Sydney. Each piece is customisable by design, fabric and style, with the majority of our range available within 4 weeks.

As per suiting, we employ a highly precise fit process, allowing you to take home the items to wear and wash, to test if the items really fit you well.
